Sea Moss Cacao Latte
A warm, creamy, and grounding drink that feels like a hug in a cup.
Ingredients:
1 cup (240 ml)
unsweetened almond, oat, or coconut milk
1–2 tbsp
sea moss gel (plain, unflavored)
1 tbsp
ceremonial cacao paste
1 tsp
maple syrup, raw honey, or agave (optional)
¼ tsp
ground cinnamon

Tiny pinch of sea salt
Directions:
1.
Warm the plant milk in a small saucepan over low heat (do not boil).
2.
Add the shaved cacao paste and whisk until fully melted and smooth.
3.
Stir in sea moss gel, sweetener, cinnamon, and salt.
4.
Blend everything in a blender for 20–30 seconds to make it frothy (optional but delicious)
5.
Pour into your favorite mug, sprinkle with cinnamon, and sip mindfully

Jamaican Irish Moss Punch
A smooth, uplifting, and nourishing drink that restores your energy
Ingredients:
1/3 Cup
Sea Moss Gel
1 1/2 Cup
Almond Milk (or any other non-dairy milk)
2 tbsp
Coconut Cream
3
Pitted Dates
1 tbsp
Maple Syrup (optional)
1/4 tsp
Cinnamon
1/2 tsp
Vanilla Extract (optional)

Pinch of Nutmeg
Directions:
1.
Add the sea moss gel, almond milk, coconut cream, dates, maple syrup (if using), cinnamon, vanilla extract (if using), and nutmeg to a blender
2.
Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
3.
Taste and adjust sweetness or spices if desired.
4.
Pour into a glass, chill if preferred, and enjoy!
