    Raw, dried sea moss: Store in a cool, dry place for up to a year. Prepared gel: Refrigerate and use within 3–4 weeks, or freeze in ice cube trays for longer storage.
  • Can I return or exchange my products?
    Please refer to our return & exchange policy. We do not accept returns or exchanges under normal circumstances. However, if your shipment was incorrect or damaged during transit, we will happily ship out a new product as long as you provide proof of the issue so that we can better assist you.

    Sea Moss: Production takes 7–9 days before shipping. We ship Mondays–Wednesdays. Once shipped, sea moss gel usually arrives next day, while capsules and powders take 3–5 business days. Cacao: if we have it In Stock: Ships within 3–5 business days. Pre-Order: May take 2–4 weeks as each batch is freshly prepared.
